Skim Bantuan Latihan-Khas (SBL-Khas) is one of the major schemes under HRDF. Financial assistance in the form of training grants may be considered for all types of training programmes tailored to the needs of registered employers.

The employer does not require paying the training fees to the training provider to reduce the employer’s burden.

1. In-House (On premise, hotel OR external training place)

• Minimum is 2 paxs to 20 paxs

• Maximum is 35 paxs to 40 paxs

• Minimum is 1 pax

• Maximum is 9 paxs

Minimum Training Duration

• Minimum Training Duration is required to eligible for grant and the hours can be accumulated

• A 7-hour training must be conducted over a minimum of 2 days (for Remote Online Learning)
